Who benefits from your support
Since 2019, the Surrender Leadership Program has helped 50 young leaders from First Nations, refugee and migrant backgrounds to transform their life and leadership.
Their people groups include Karen, Chin, Palawa, Noongar, South Sea Islander, Vietnamese, Malay, Samoan, Singhalese, Cameroonian, Arabic, Egyptian and more.
Our goal is to help these leaders be effective and sustainable in their callings. We believe their personal renewal will bring about transformation in their communities and in our nation.
We're inspired by the words of Isaiah 61, where God declares His vision for the poor, the broken-hearted, the downtrodden and oppressed:
They will be raised up as oaks of righteousness: leaders who rebuild what's broken and restore what's destroyed.
There are so many incredible young leaders across our nation. Few will live into this vision if they aren't supported to grow deep roots.

About Surrender Co.
The mission of Surrender Co is to call followers of Jesus to the margins.
We exist to:
Amplify voices from the margins. We create the context to hear and listen to the voices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples of this land, and those experiencing poverty and marginalisation.
Support existing practitioners. We affirm, encourage, and connect people living out the often lonely and unseen work of incarnational mission and justice, and recognise their crucial role in raising up the next generation for radical discipleship.
Motivate others. We motivate emerging generations across the wider church to move from interest to action by becoming personally involved in expressions of Christ’s call to the poor and marginalised.
